Client Spotlight - Hitachi Vantara Achieves 130% of Revenue Target
Recently, we had the pleasure of interviewing our client Michael Walker to learn about his experiences with our firm. Michael is the Global Director at Hitachi Vantara and we asked Michael if he would share how we helped him through a critical time in his business.
The following is an excerpt from a letter of recommendation Michael sent to us, as well as a short video where Michael explains how by partnering with 12 Oaks Advisors he was able to sign a master, global services agreement with their largest customer resulting in achieving 130% of their revenue target.

During this time, Twelve Oaks Advisors helped us through many difficult situations with our largest customer (one of the world’s largest IT Service providers) and guided us to develop processes and approaches to move our business to a more professional and predictable level of performance. Twelve Oaks Advisors was originally contracted to guide us crafting “Go-to-Market” solutions our largest customer would want to buy and include in their global service catalog of offerings. Cary did so much more than that. His experience in the IT Managed Services industry proved invaluable in understanding our customer’s needs and their customers’ needs. Ultimately, Cary assisted with crafting the language in our global agreement and led the negotiations internally and with our customer. The success of this program led to 130% achievement of our revenue targets in year one! This agreement continues to pay dividends as it is a 5-year agreement and we continue to deliver products and services to our client generating significant revenues for our firm."
